It is a great honor for us to present this book about the ‘trevigiana’ cuisine with a selection of recipes interpreted by the chef of Relais Monaco, Domenico Longo. A book that is born from the desire to accompany the reader to the threshold of the cuisine of this splendid location, rich in history and tradition, and to invite the reader to cross it to be able to share with us the love that we nourish for the products of our land, for the territory that surrounds us and for our hard work.
Created in collaboration with the gastronome-writer-journalist Giampiero Rorato and published by Alessandro De Bastiani, this book, written both in Italian and English, tells how the Relais Monaco has contributed in its history to make the Treviso cuisine famous all over the world!
