It is a great honor for us to present this book about the ‘Trevigiana’ cuisine with a selection of recipes interpreted by Relais Monaco’s chef, Domenico Longo.
Created in collaboration with the gastronomist-writer-journalist Giampiero Rorato and published by Dario De Bastiani, this book, written both in Italian and English, tells how the Relais Monaco has contributed throughout its history to make Treviso’s cuisine famous all over the world!
