E-COMMERCE TERMS OF SALE

The contractual conditions set out below are an integral part of the « online sales contract » of the SPA Vouchers for SPA services (hereinafter, « SPA Vouchers ») that the Supplier undertakes to conclude a remote sales system, organized through its website (https://www.relaismonaco.it/shop-spa/); they cannot be modified except following a further express agreement with the Customer.

2) Main features of the SPA Vouchers

The SPA Vouchers are indicated, even in their essential characteristics, directly on the Supplier’s website at the page https://www.relaismonaco.it/shop-spa/ and are available in electronic format.
For each SPA Voucher, the Customer will have the possibility to access a specific card containing the main information regarding the services offered. It is possible to give the SPA Voucher as a present by indicating the name, surname and e-mail address of the beneficiary and to customize the Voucher by inserting a message.
The SPA Voucher can be used within 6 months from the issue date shown on the Voucher itself and cannot be converted into cash. Unused or partially used services will not be refunded.

3) Total price of the products

The prices displayed on the site are those in effect on the day of the order, are in euros and include VAT and any other taxes.

4) Terms of payment

The accepted payment methods are:
Credit Card and Paypal
All communications relating to payments take place on a special line protected by an encryption system; moreover, the information connected to the payment is stored with an additional level of security encryption and in compliance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data.
Since the conclusion of the purchase procedure implies the onset of the Customer’s obligation to pay the price of the chosen SPA Vouchers, it is specified that when the order is sent, the obligation to pay follows. The Supplier assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties (for example, credit cards) at the time of payment, if it proves that it has adopted all possible precautions.

5) Methods and times of delivery

The SPA Vouchers will be sent to the e-mail address indicated during the purchase within 24 hours of purchase once the amount due has been received.

6) Right of withdrawal

The customer, before using the SPA Voucher, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. The withdrawal can be exercised by completing the « Withdrawal Form » in its entirety, available on our website https://www.relaismonaco.it/shop-spa/ and sending it to the following e-mail address mailbox@relaismonaco.it
In case of withdrawal, the Consumer will be refunded the purchase price without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Supplier is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
This payment will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise with the Supplier.
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the SPA Voucher can no longer be used.

7) Conclusion of the contract and storage methods

The contract for the online purchase of products between the Supplier and the Customer will be concluded through the internet, by accessing the Customer to the Supplier’s website and following the purchase procedures indicated therein. The contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the adhesion sent online. Before concluding the purchase, the Customer will have the opportunity to check the contents of the purchase order and, if necessary, to correct and / or modify the data entered; it will therefore be its specific obligation to verify the correctness of the data in question.
When the Supplier receives the order from the Customer, it sends a printable e-mail address without delay, showing the details of the orderer and the order, the price of the SPA voucher purchased and the existence of the right of withdrawal if Consumer. The Customer undertakes to print and store the purchase order.
Pursuant to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree. n.70 / 2003, the Supplier informs the Customer that each order sent is stored in digital form on the server at the manager who hosts the site and in paper or digital form at the Supplier itself, in any case according to confidentiality and security criteria.

8) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
Disputes arising from or related to these conditions (including non-contractual disputes) are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Italy, it being understood, however, that the above does not affect the right of the parties to sue at any headquarters of the competent jurisdiction, based on the procedural law in force.
