La Vigna Restaurant, with its intimate and refined atmosphere, is the ideal place to indulge in the specialties of the Venetian cuisine, accompanied by fine national and international wines.

The restaurant is made of 4 dining rooms of different size and a summer terrace with a spectacular view of the grounds.
All rooms are finely furnished and they are the perfect setting for a business lunch, a romantic candlelight dinner or a private function.

Our Chef always comes up with sophisticated and refined menus with a genuine and typical local taste, made mainly with local products, which varies with the changing of the seasons, to make every moment a gastronomic journey in the Venetian traditions.

An organic pizza revised in form and flavours, prepared with quality products and served on a slate cutting board. Cut in squares to be enjoyed and shared together with other dining companions.

Villa Minelli Winery, started to produce wine back in 2009 with local grapes from Villorba and Ponzano, including those from our vineyard. The selection of wines are all fresh, young and easy to drink with a clear local identity.

Conceived in collaboration with the gastronomist-writer-journalist Giampiero Rorato and published by Dario De Bastiani, “La Cucina Trevigiana del Relais Monaco”, written both in Italian and English, tells how Relais Monaco has contributed throughout its history to make Treviso cuisine famous all over the world. The reader will find in the book lots of curiosities and facts about Treviso cuisine, as well as some of our recipes.
